Main Hall

Our large Multi-Purpose hall is available for hire for a variety of uses and durations. Please call us for availability and more information.

1 x Multi-Purpose Hall:

• Size approx 214.5m2
• Room can accommodate approximately 120 people
• Available for bookings am/pm full day and evening hire
• Cost: £17:85 per hour exclusive of VAT
• Chairs and tables are available for use.
• Range of room layouts can be accommodated : e.g formal / informal board / conference style

Conference Room

Our Conference Room is available for hire for your meetings. Please call us for availability and more information.

1 x Conference Room:

• Size approx 24.5m2
• Room can accommodate approximately 12 people
• Available for bookings am/pm full day and evening hire
• Cost: £7:35 per hour exclusive of VAT
• The Conference room has a central board style table to seat up to 12 people.

The following resources are available to hirers on request:

• T.V
• DVD Player
• Projector & Screen [Hirers must provide their own Laptop]
• Flipchart Stand [hirers must provide own pens and flipchart paper]

Cafe Area

Our Cafe Area is suitable for meetings and group sessions.

• Evenings and Weekends ONLY
• The area can accommodate approximately up to 30-35 people
• Cost: £10.50 per hour exclusive of VAT

• Projector & Screen [Hirers must provide their own Laptop]

Payment Information

Our payment conditions are as follows;

• Conference Room and Community Building Hire requires payment within 14 days of the invoice date we send at the end of each calendar month.

Situated on site at SBP, the Healthy Living Centre is owned and operated by Wolseley Trust and provides a meeting place and a centre for community focus. Its facilities include computer and broadband Internet access, a multi purpose hall and meeting rooms available for hire, office space, a suite of consulting rooms and a community café.
